Deming became interested in how statistical analysis could be used to achieve better quality control in the 1930s. His quality-control methods helped post-World War II Japan rebuild its devastated economy.

Deming's 14 principles is very famous & effective management tool..

Principle#2

"Adopt the new philosophy"

-Embrace quality throughout the organization.

-Put your customers' needs first, rather than react to competitive pressure – and design products and services to meet those needs.

-Be prepared for a major change in the way business is done. It's about leading, not simply managing.

-Create your quality vision, and implement it.

In Tamil language

"புதிய தத்துவத்தை, மாற்றத்தை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளுங்கள். "

-தரம் ஒரு அஸ்திவாரம் - இதனை நிறுவனம் முழுவதும், "தரத்தின் முக்கியத்துவத்தை அடிப்படை ஆக்குங்கள்.

-வணிகம் செய்யப்படும் விதத்தில் ஒரு பெரிய மாற்றத்திற்கு தயாராக இருங்கள். இது வழிநடத்துவது பற்றியது, வெறுமனே நிர்வகிப்பது அல்ல.

- உங்கள் தரத்தின் தொலைநோக்கு பார்வையை , இலக்கை உருவாக்குங்கள்..அதனை செயல்படுத்துங்கள்..
